SAINT LEO, FL – Saint Leo University (www.saintleo.edu) has again been named to the 2009 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll, the highest federal recognition a college or university can receive for its commitment to volunteering, service-learning, and civic engagement. -

Bassett Youth Foundation, Inc. is organizing two national day of service projects and again providing middle and high school students with volunteer recognition. On Saturday, April 24, 2010 National and Global Youth Service Day sponsored by State Farm and Youth Service America, the Foundation will sponsor the 1st annual Walk For Books Promoting Family Literacy partnering with the Tioga County Family Reading Partnership.
