Student Fast For NonviolenceSubmitted by servicewire on Wed, 03/10/2010 - 20:28The link below highlights of the first week of the San Leandro Academy for Multi-Media's (SLAM) Fast for Non-Violence. Students learn multi-media skills while engaging their campus in a month long anti-violence campaign. This is the third year of this project. Students produce anti-violence media, share campus-wide messages over the school announcements, and fast one day for non-violence and peace.
